Det Gamle Røgeri
Røyse is a sunny peninsula in Tyrifjorden, in Hole municipality. At Røyse, there are good growing conditions, so berries, fruit and people thrive here.
Røyse Bærpresseri was established by happy farmers from Røyse and the surrounding area, who joined forces for raw material production and further processing in their own press and bottling plant. Most of the raw materials come from Røyse: blackcurrant, rhubarb, apple, currant, gooseberry, strawberry and cherry. We make exciting combinations of juice, juice, mulled wine, jelly and jam from this. Today, Røyse Bærpresseri AS is run by Eilev and Ingvild.
We are proud that we were finalists in Det norske mål in 2017 and 2018 and in 2019 we received the award Food Spire of the Year, and not least that in 2020 we won Drink of the Year in Det norske mål!
In the autumn of 2023, we opened our own factory outlet at the press office.
